About Insolvency

Insolvency is the inability to pay all debts as and when they fall due.

Insolvency is generally defined as a financial state in which a company can no longer pay its bills and other obligations on time. It occurs whenever liabilities or debts exceed assets and cash flow. Once a company becomes insolvent, it must take immediate action to generate cash and settle or renegotiate current debts.

Kazar Slaven provides two types of insolvency services – corporate and personal.

Corporate insolvency services include Voluntary Administration, Deed of Company Arrangement, Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, Court/Official Liquidation, Provisional Liquidation and Corporate Receivership.
